To all SEARS sales representatives I'm so saddened by the closing of my most favourite store. I have bought nearly everything from Sears for over 40 years now. Just not in Oshawa but also in a few other cities. I will also miss the catalogues especially the Wish Book. Glad I saved the last ones that came to my mailbox a few years ago. SEARS was well organized and always had what I was looking for. Everyone who works there was always willing to help and was also very polite to speak to. Again, thanks for all the years of continued service and I will surely miss SEARS as many other people will also. Good luck in your future endeavour.

Really nice store. Sad it's gonna close. Hwy had some really nice stuff on the second floor for the home. Check it out

Looks very good, staff is friendly and helpful. Fairly well renovated & the products are reasonably priced and some are unique. I would enjoy a bigger selection of some items. This location looks like a keeper, if Sears can resolve its financial situation.

I bought two watches and tommy luggage bag from there. The representative was very nice and helped me very much with selections. Also, she showed with good products on clearance, good place to buy stuff with such excellent staff.

We live outside of town so I tried to call to see if there was any way of ordering a different coloured crib to the store if it was not in stock to save me a drive with a little one. Had to call literally 9 times in order to speak to anyone. There is no customer service line or operator of any sort and when I got a hold of different departments just to speak to someone they deferred me to the baby desk despite me telling them no one was answering. When I finally got a hold of someone she assured me they could order it in but we would have to come in person, which is fine. My husband and stepfather went and were then told it couldn't be ordered. After speaking with four people a customer service rep in a different department said it could easily be ordered and placed the order right then. We were told we would be called when it arrived a few days later. We never received a call and tried calling in ourselves to see if it was in since it had been over a week and no word from them. We did the same old song and dance with calling almost 10 times before speaking with anyone. We were told it had arrived a few days prior and were met with no apology for not calling earlier. Pickup of the item was fast and easy, so no issues there, but the process of getting the item is something I will never do again through Sears.

Tried calling hardware department, a woman answered after letting it ring over 40 times and told me I had the wrong department. I verified the extension I entered was for hardware/tools and she suggested I try again. I did and let the phone ring about 40 times again and no answer. Absolutely terrible customer service, I'll buy my wood planer elsewhere. No wonder Sears stores are closing all over the place.

Okay store. I recommend opening a restaurant and a pharmacy in the store. I would go to them. The manager is nice, but the people who works the register really need some improvement.

Love the new store concept. It reminds me of Target and Zellers

Appliance Sales People hound you like Vultures!
I don't mind being asked if I need help- when I tell the salesman I want to look around first and will then come and ask for help when I am ready, you should listen to that!
Seriously, leave me alone for more than 20 seconds before you hound me again! I came to buy a dishwasher, but I was so turned off by the multiple sales people chasing me around that I left Sears and drove to a competing store nearby where I bought what I needed.
Other than that, its Sears. Some of their Clothing is Ok, but I can get most things elsewhere for less money and frequently with better quality.
